Very rude and nasty manager at Middletown location on Shelbyville Road. I don't know her name but, she looks and dresses like a man and is rude and extremely unprofessional. I'll never go there again, EVER!
I was more happy to get a soup spoon than I was happy about my steak sandwhiche (half sandwhiches $5.49) and my turkey chili (small bowl $4.79) and small drink ($2.29) *was good lemonaid tho* totaled $13.45. Would been more full spending $3.15 at McDonald's
This is the worst place could went for lunch. Way way way over priced for what little I got.
I order from Panera at least two or three times a week. This time isn't even deserving of a one star. I placed an order at 9:30 a.m and received my order incorrectly at 10:30a.m. I called and spoke with three different managers apologizing for the delay and that it would be on it's way. They offered to return my money and still deliver it. I accepted, and it's now 1:00 p.m. I called and spoke with another manager and they said that my order was in the driver's vehicle awaiting to be delivered. I will not be ordering from Panera again and hope that this post will have others think before ordering as well.
First of all, Panera really should offer a few vegan options. There are vegetarian options, but nothing vegan.
Absolutely terrible!! We over charged Paying full size sandwich prices of $9 only to receive a tiny corner of stale bread with sloppy toppings and very dry meat wasn't what I was expecting when I ordered a half sandwich. Oddly, nothing was wrapped up or put in containers except the tiniest cup of soup for $8 to which the lid wasn't fastened correctly and just thrown into the paper sack causing a huge messy spill all over the bag and all over our scrap like sandwiches. Absolutely, everything was ruined, including my husband's pants and my patience. This was our first time at your panera bread establishment on Veterans Parkway in Clarksville, Indiana and undoubtedly, our last visit due to the lack of proper customer service, inept food service and fraudulent charges for items not ordered, or received, as well as paying for ruined food caused by carelessness or disregard for sanitary practices. We stopped at Sam's Club 1 block away to properly dispose of the soggy bag and tiny amount of trash like food then promptly drove home hungry. Luckily we had something at home worth eating since Panera took all of our food budget for the evening and didn't give us any food worth eating or a refund. In all my life I have never been so disgusted with a restaurant.
Second, if I am going to have to clean my own table, you should provide a cleaning station, complete with supplies so the customers can properly clean their table, instead of using a dry napkin provided. I sat and watched customers wiping the crumbs, and spilled drinks, etc. from their tables before sitting down. Desperation calls for improvisation. I would much rather eat my food in a more sanitary environment.
Yes, the food a Panera is good, but if I am to clear my own table, and clean my own table, I should have the proper means to do so provided.
