I've used US Bank since they were in the old Biggs grocery store. These friendly people have never let me down. Just be weary of the credit card company they use. That group doesn't mess around.

Poor customer service after taking a loan out,there also known to change the rate you thought you were getting right before you sign the paper work so it boils down to lack of trust with this Branch in Kroger.
