Visited twice today. 1st visit was as bad service I have had at P.C.penney. check out never applied any discounts to the bill, slow with us and customer ahead of us. No-one working the floor to help. 2nd visit was just the opposite. Lady was overly help, applied discounts on things she could. She was 5 stars.. I was very generous with giving the 1 star on my 1st visit..
