Dr. Jenna Sanders is absolutely amazing with my son. She is a wonderful and caring doctor. I took him in sickand she messaged me the next day to see if he was feeling better. I highly recommend this office.
Can never get through when I call. On average I have to call, get a busy signal, hang up, and call again for 10-15 minutes. Please get voicemail or a phone system that can handle the call volume. Other than that the facility and service are outstanding!
I have 2/kids that I took to a pediatrician in Jeffersonville. They screamed every time we'd go. I was referred to Dr Jill Howell-Berg. The kids do not cry at all! We all love her!!!! And the wait time is under 10-15 min. I have waited 2 hrs at the other location, when we were the first patients after lunch. We love this office!!!/
Place is horrible. Wait to long. Dont show compassion. Nurses are rude. They act like the are better and dont care with whats wrong with you.
Based off the receptionist: Relocated from Las Vegas and I personally went in November 7th and they said they would not schedule appointment unless they had kids shot records and or records they would call me when they receive them! Today is December 12th, & I just left there and they claim they still haven't received them which I find that hard to believe because I know my kids doctors office in Vegas and they are AWESOME and very professional. I decided to call infront of them and of course they mailed everything to this office on November 30th(yes, verified the address) this damn place lost my kids records! She tried telling me it's most likely in their downtown office with the mail where they sort out their mail! I'm so far from a dumbass! These people are stupid ass hell! They better find my kids records! They have bad attitudes just like I read below!
