We walked in knowing what we wanted, as we had shopped online before we came. We looked around at a couple other bedroom sets and settled on what we wanted. We looked around for a salesperson, and there were none to be found. We walked up to someone and asked if they could help us. They paged another person and walked away. We waited around an additional 15 minutes. I'm not going to wait for over 30 minutes and beg you to spend $3000 dollars with your store. I'll take my money elsewhere. Nobody greeted us when we walked in, nobody approached us the entire time we were there, and nobody so much as lifted their head as we walked out. Terrible customer service.
Have to be very careful of the pieces that you purchase. The longevity may not equal the amount you pay for some. I have had pieces to become loose within the first year. You get what you pay for here.
They always seem to have just the piece of furniture we are looking for at a good price. The salesmen are not pushy, which makes for a pleasant shopping experience.
Nice furniture at low prices. We bought our bedside tables from here and plan to shop here for our new living room furniture.
If i could give 6 stars i would the staff was very helpful and amazing with my experience very friendly and answered all my questions and the friendly greeting at the door was a nice welcoming
