What can I say more than it’s one of the nicer and larger Kroger locations in the area. Large selection, fresh sushi, fresh cut cheese, full bakery and full deli. The only factor holding it from having a 5 star review are the hours. The Clarksville Kroger had been a 24 hour store for at least 28 years prior to the recent remodel in which store hours “temporarily” changed to 7 to midnight during the construction. After the remodel was finished the store kept the hours.
Fresh produce section bummed me out. Should be better selections. But all around good store.
This is a converted Kroger into a mega sized Kroger with just about everything you would expect. They have a sushi bar, cheese bar, fresh seafood window, bakery, deli and lots more specialty areas. There fruits and vegetables section is always well maintained, clean floors and well stocked. There is a very large section of wines and beers. However, I think they could do better with the local/micro beer variety, I've been to a few locations down south that put this location to shame. They also have a very large freezer/refrigerated section with plenty of options. Check-out has lots of options from self check-out to express to normal style. Cashiers are friendly, as well as the baggers. Yes, they have baggers... and I've had one almost every singe time! Downside is this place is big, so be ready for some walking, this is not your typical sized Kroger.
Good store, except if you need customer service. Me and a half a dozen other customers were ignored as we stood in line for the customer service / cash service desk. No one said anything, no one did anything, and no one was behind the counter. Over a dozen employees and at least two managers came and saw all of us customers waiting and no one did anything for 20 minutes. So we all just got to stand there waiting for we didn't know how long, none of the managers would even acknowledge us. when someone did finally come, it was this rude woman. She would barely talk to the customers she was "helping", and instead gossiped to a co-worker who came behind the counter but wouldn't help a single customer.
Deli counter will slice lunchmeat for you. Meat counter with fresh meat that can be custom sliced. Fresh cheese counter with a wide variety. Staff makes you feel as if they value your business.
