I got my hair colored this past weekend by Alana. She was super friendly and helpful and my color looks great! I have already received 6 or 7 compliments on it in less than 3 days! I would definitely recommend this location and her!
A stylist cut my bangs so short I have to wear headbands then harassed me online and called me all kinds of names. When I called The manager did nothing. Most unprofessional place ive ever seen. Stylist Lakin. I would go to her again.
I had a horrible experience with my bangs cut completely different than what I asked for. I drove directly to another FS in tears to ask for a refund. I was told to find corporate's number and ask. All that was offered was a $5 giftcard on a $18 haircut that had me in tears. They still made $13 off me for doing the wrong thing.
