I absolutely love Havens Medical Group. Nurse practioners Shawna and Emily are very helpful and thorough and do not rush through exams. The front office staff is very courteous and helpful and always get me in as soon as possible. And the wait time is very minimal.
I was almost reluctant to call after reading the two one star reviews. However I just called and got a very pleasant person who made an appt. for me and agreed to renew my prescriptions today. Office procedures there are now dictated by Norton's so maybe those changes were stressful for these patients, but the staff seems the same capable people as before. Very disappointing to see this kind of bashing on this site.
Great Staff and Great Experience. I have been a patient here since I moved to Indiana and I love this place. The doctors, nurses and NPs they have are all nice and helpful. I have never had a bad experience. They truly make me feel like they care. I have nothing but good things to say about this office! I never see myself going anywhere else as long as I live in Indiana.
I love Havens medical group,they have treated me like family. I'm going to miss Doctor Mcgilavray she is my favorite doctor.
When you can actually get them to answer the phone, the ladies at the desk are just rude. Completely just disregarded the fact that I called to have medication refilled and they have gone way downhill. Searching for a new physician.
