Time comes around again, this year, and we have new plumbing issues. We're told over and over how great Duerr's is... so we, stupidly, give them another chance.

One year ago, we tried to get them to come out to our house to check out some issues with pipes backing up. We made an appointment, and the appointment came and went, with no phone call for apology or explanation. We try again, and make ANOTHER appointment, and the same thing happens.
