is super annoyin, can hear neighbors upstairs & downstairs, not to mention random leaks from them not knowing what they're doing. When I moved out they tried to say I owe over a thousand dollars for cleaning and to replace carpet.

Absolutely terrible place to live. All the buildings are old and run down. The buildings smell bad on the inside. We lose power frequently. The apartments themselves are extremely old and outdated. Shady people live around the area which made it feel not safe. The only good things I can say about it, is that the apartments are a decent size and it's at least quiet enough to sleep at night.
Overall the best thing about living there are some of the neighbors. The people with dogs are generally the sweetest.
I've lived here for almost a year now and will be continue living here. It has been the best living experice I've ever had. The grounds were kept amazingly well. it is very relaxing that I didn't have to worry about the up keep on the yard out front. Very clean and spacious. The neighbors are very friendly and make me feel like I'm living in a really safe invironment. Even the office staff are super friendly and will really make you feel at home. Meredithe, tho she hasn't been working in our office long, is one of the nicest, hard working, and friendly persons ever had to work with in a leasing office. I honestly love going to the office to see her bright smiling face. She always helps solve my housing related problems promptly. Over all a great place to Live and would recommend it for all kinds, families and otherwise.

A great place to call home! The units are huge with great storage. The new owners are refurbishing the apartments. The hallway are always maintained and the staff is friendly!
