Nice place to reside, good clean areas well kept and the people are quiet decent,cost of living is fair and it's very convenient and close to anything or anywhere you need to go!

Clean and well maintained, however manager thinks he's police officer.
I really liked this mobile home park/ rv park because it's so close to the mall and other shopping centers . The rv sites were nice and lots of space . The trash bins for the sites an in handy also .
Used to be decent, 25 years ago. Manager is a jerk.
