Very clean Mall. The workers in the middle of the mall working in the keyosk are either way to pushy and extremely annoying. They will not take no for an answer. Or they are extremely lazy and don't want to get up off there stool. If you ask a price on something (which are extremely ridiculously high & to you can get it for half the price online or somewhere else.) you always have to bring item to them sitting on there stool to get into on the product, thats if they understand what you are asking them...The stores in don't have any complaints on but I also don't shop ever store in there.
They have great food with very friendly people this is a great place to meet up with friends have a bite to eat and do a little bit of shopping...
Anchor store is a bass pro shop, a really large one. They do special events for the holidays and have lots of things to do and places to let kids run around and look at things. It is definitely an outdoor kind of store, with stuffed and taxidermy everywhere. But if there is something you need, they have it. A little pricey, but there are always a lot of people there.
Sears has closed and store is empty. It's sad. Sears was the original anchor store when they left downtown New Albany. I hope they find a replacement or this mall is doomed.
This mall has probably seen better days, but it's still the best shopping option in the area. They have plenty of parking, and it's easy to get in and out of the area. We do really enjoy the bookstore here, and the mall is usually fairly clean and quiet.

This mall was at it's peak in the 70s. Now it is just a quiet mall in a large metro area. It was recently remodeled and is clean and well kept. It is quiet place to walk. There aren't many places to eat, the DQ recently closed. Only the Texas Roadhouse is a real sit-down casual dining place. It usually makes a comeback each year for the Christmas shopping season.

If you're from this area you can get in and get out and get all your shopping done, I haven't had a bad experience whatsoever..
