I used to bring my dog there, never had any problems but reading your remarks to your clients is enough to ensure I will never bring another animal there again. See your replies represent you as a buisness and are enough to turn away potential or returning customers and your behavior is appalling and down right sad because I would expect an adult to respond back to someone in a professional manner regardless of what someone is saying about them. Not too mention that an employee represents your business and if that employee is rude or otherwise then this is EXACTLY the forum for it to be brought up on. Your employees represent you as a business, that's how customer service works. Therefore, if your front office receptionist is rude then your office has poor customer service which means your reviews will be poor because your staff is apart of your business. I don't understand how you cannot put those two simple things together. You keep telling people who have negative things to say about your staff that they have no right to say it and that it's not that kind of forum when this is EXACTLY that kind of forum because your staff is part of your business and if they do poorly then it reflects poorly on you as a business owner. It's not that hard to figure out. Oh and these comments have been shared all over Facebook and that's where I saw them and why I decided to google it and comment. You have made yourself look like a fool and like a 16 year old who has to argue with everyone that doesn't agree with them and have the final say, instead you should be apologizing to those customers (because the customer is always right- it's customer service 101) and tell them that you appreciate the feedback and will try to do better in the future to ensure something like that doesn't ever happen again. It's not that difficult, you don't even have to mean it if you don't want to, but you suck it up and say it because that's what a professional does! Especially if you want people to come back. So it would be wise to start replying to everyone in a professional manner regardless of what their review says. I'm embarrassed for you.

I personally think that this is the best animal hospital to go to in the Ohio Valley area very respectful very understanding will work with you and help try to figure out the best options for your animal Weatherby dog cat Etc... the staff is a very caring and personal staff and I will do anything to help make sure that the animals taken care of so yes I highly recommend this place

While getting a same day appointment was very convenient, the service is not 5 stars. I was on hold 20 minutes one day, hung up and called right back, and was able to be helped. How does that work? Today I called from 9am-9:15am without an answer, their hours say open at 9am. Last week I requested a worm test be done on my 5 month puppy and they said they don't do it until 6 months. 3 days later I discover worms. Not entirely their fault, but maybe we could have caught it earlier? The receptionist is awfully rude and sounds very bothered whenever you call or visit. Go ahead and write your rude response back, it just goes to prove what kind of business you are, and that you don't value your previous, current, or future patients.

Dr Gough, and his family who are now working with him, are great with our dogs, patient, friendly and above all, professional. He gives honest, straight-forward advise that is not always easy to hear, but is always delivered gently and with great compassion. It is obvious he loves what he does and has passed that love to his kids and grandkids.

He has cared for our many pets for decades and we wouldn't think of using a different vet.

I've been taking my fur babies here for over 10 years. They will take care of your little ones like they are their own.
