Had my son's birthday party there and the managers were very helpful with my large party. Couldn't have asked for more helpful people. Only thing I could complain about would be the fact that the food didn't come out the same time.
My fiancé and I took my mom and our daughters out to dinner after my dad's funeral and it was a very pleasant experience. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our server was very friendly, polite, and she had a lot of patience. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friends and family. My family and I will gladly come here again!
Took a good 20 minutes to even get bread once we got seated. I knew we were going to have issues as both tables around us being ran by the same server were having less than pleasant experiences, and it showed. When we finally got our food it was all cold. Finance's mashed potatoes were literally cold and hard. My baked potato was not hot or fresh at all. Cole slaw is literally flavorless. I haven't gotten into my steak yet but I don't have very high hopes. Very poor experience. Server has no business serving. Not friendly, and anytime we asked for anything like oh you know a refill since we had been sitting at the table for a good 40 minutes with no food, she acted like it was an inconvenience. Will not be back. I'll take the longer wait at Texas Roadhouse any day over this cold mediocre food and piss poor service. Don't know where all the 5 star ratings are coming from cuz literally every table I can see is having issues.
Great service. Our server was so attentive and had such a great attitude. Our faves are country fried steak and country fried chicken. they have really good gravy and rolls.
Logan's Roadhouse did a terrific job at serving us! I was there for a company meal with 20+ people and only one waiter. The waiter single handedly took all of our orders, brought all the food and drinks out, and checked on us regularly to make sure we had everything to our content. The food was delicious and looked just like the picture on the menu! I encourage all of you to eat there at least once in your lifetime!
