Awesome menu! Great service & delicious food! Personally I just don't care for the country music but the food is so good I try to ignore it. My son goes there every week!
Use to be THE place to go. Not so much these days. We have been going since it opened up until recently. We had a very bad experience. The manager was so rude & we stayed away. We tried one more time chalking it up to a bad day for him. It was so horrible. Sat down to wet mushy food in the seat, drinks were wrong, floor was filthy (I DO NOT mean peanut shells) our food was completely messed up....never again. The waitress was a sweetheart so I tipped her well. It wasn't her fault that management is running the once top place into the ground.
This restaurant has very good food for decent prices. We really enjoy their onion blossom and burgers, and the food is incredibly fast and accurately prepared. The staff are very friendly, and we have almost always had outstanding service. The only downside is that this location is incredibly busy, all the time, and the volume of customers causes very long waits for tables. They do not accept reservations, so it can be hard to get seated in a decent time. The business of this location makes it very crowded and noisy as well. We do enjoy coming here from time to time, but it's not a quick or quiet place for a meal.
To start off "I love Texas Road House" But, My sister & I both went Saturday(Veterans Day) had the 6oz sirloin salad & baked potato & we both got sick, stomach cramps vomiting it was horrible, I tried to talk to the manager the only thing he could say was our food is fresh..he said someone would be calling me. Today Monday a lady called me I explained to her & said I was not looking for a refund & she asked me a few questions & when I said I was gonna go to the Doctor, but I would use my own Insurance that was the end of the conversation. THE ONLY THING I WANTED WAS NO ONE ELSE BE SERVED BAD FOOD!!!
The food was excellent and well prepared. The wait time was minimal even as crowded as it was. The service was beyond compare and my server Rachel was pleasant and continually checked to see that I had everything that I needed.
