THIS COMPANY SENT ME AN EMAIL, MOCKING THE DAMAGE THAT THEIR EQUIPMENT CAUSED.
They damaged my car!!! And then claimed it was like that when I came in. Mine is the VW bug that shows on their Google page... Check it out...
Did the $3 car wash because I simply just wanted to use the vaccumms...I was in for a rude awakening! The pressure of the mop cleaners they have installed BROKE off my passenger mirror!!!! The managers I spoke to were completely rude and uncooperative. Didn't apologize once! All they had to say is they would contact me in 72 hours. NEVER GOING AGAIN!!!!!!
Overall, this was a very unprofessional experience. I can handle things being explained to me, but NEVER shout at your customers. I will certainly not be back.
I like the car wash in that you get to vacuum for free. However, my little car cannot stand up to the pressure. The car wash has made the paint on my hood peel and it is only a 2009 and garage kept. Today I went through and lost a piece of trim from the hood. Very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend if your car has anything remotely loose on it. We have had to replace rear wiper on our SUV also.
Went to vacuum out my car and when my girlfriend was on the passenger side of the car one of the workers started walking up staring at her butt he made an effort to walk on that side of the car just to get a look at her butt before walking around the car towards me to say there was a problem. what a shame a 30 year old man that works at a car wash has to get pleasure of an 18 girls butt never going here again.
The guy guiding traffic into the wash bay (Sat, 10/15/16 at 1pm) instructed me to place my car in Neutral, which I did. Next thing I know, he's shouting at me, saying my car is in Drive. I rolled down my window, and he's still yelling at me, and I point at the shifter, which is obviously in Neutral (note: I know a lot about cars and this isn't rocket science). He stops the conveyor and comes back, saying I never put the car in Neutral (while I'm pointing at it with the window down). Then he accuses me of having my foot on the brake and does not let up until I ignore him.
