I wish the River Falls Car wash the best of luck and sincerely hope they get the operation back to what it was. Until then beware.
Used this car wash for 20 years. Was always a great place and always did a great job on our vehicles. I know the ownership has changed at some point. Unfortunately that changed has effected this business very negatively. With that said , I would not post a review based off 1 experience as every place has bad days, short staff etc. I also Would not bring a filthy vehicle to the station. I always stop at a self service wash and spray the wheel wells and any heavy material off before taking it to the Full service stations. I recently returned to River Falls to have a new truck washed and was just disappointed in the service. The truck was not cleaned to expectations, windows was left with prints, dash was was streaked etc, which continues to happen week after week. Then the gentleman jumped on top of my bed cover of the truck? Just poor service. Not what you expect from a full service wash for $30 plus. Unfortunately this facility will continue to lose business, which is sad as it was once a "flag ship" in the car wash world and was the preferred Full Service station.
Under new ownership, hopefully they will get the business back on track, good job on my car.
Excellent place to bring your car for a wash and/or detail. I have confidence enough with this established business I buy the Buy 4 Get One Free card. They have done detail work on my car, family member cars and friends cars. We are always impressed with their work. Check it out. If for ANY reason you are not VERY satisfied, let Mike the Manager know. He will take care of you. I am giving FIVE STARS because I am VERY particular about details. River Falls Wash and Detail will ALWAYS ensure I am VERY satisfied.
Truck tires were too wide..... So, I got the hand wash! These guys are GREAT! Cleaned up the old truck and made it SHINE again! I'll be back! For sure!!
I recommend family and friends to try the wash o Rama, Timmys car wash, Thomas car wash, Sparkle Brite etc. Might have a little more of a drive but in my experience they have delivered good service and clean vehicles consistently.
I have s brand new 2018 Toyota Camry and at the beginning of the car wash the guys pulled my brand new car in to the rack and hit the under part of my car. When it hit real hard trying to pull it in. I am so upset they have lost my business. They a few days later my husband took his truck in to have his washed and the guys didn't shut the drivers door shut and his front seat got soaking wet. We will not take our Vehicles back there ever again
