I have shopped at Lane Bryant for 15 + years and have been in many many stores. This store was great at first but in the last year or so the customer service is very bad. I was almost sitting on the floor looking for a pair of pants while 3 employees watched. No one offered to help and the same pants are on sale online but my size is not available, I left, I was so disappointed I did not even ask about a sale price. Kind of felt unwanted.
