It's pretty bad when I can't even get someone to check me out because they are standing directly in front of me too busy texting. Rude staff, prices are ridiculous for "gently used" clothing that looks like my kids wore most of it for like three years straight. Dirty and faded merchandise and prices on jeans higher than I can go to the same place they came from and buy them cheaper NEW!
Great staff, great placement and organization. The prices could be a little lower on some things. Other than that you can usually find a great deal in any once upon a child.

Unless you catch their specials you can buy a lot of th clothes cheaper at Wal-Mart. I was never a fan of this franchise as i have kids of my own but instead of trying to cash out on my kids out grown i donated it to another family in need. But i am serious bout Walmart part being cheaper to buy Walmart brand clothes new them buying them used from once upon a child.
Staff is nice and helpful. They do like you to leave your stuff there and they will call when it's ready. Just wanted to post that because when I'm in there, there is always someone who drove awhile to sell stuff and don't realize this.
