We showed up, walked in and we had our carpet in hand that we wanted to buy. we let someone know that we need to talk to somebody in carpet they told us they were coming. we set there for a half hour and nobody showed up. But they're sure to make sure you're greeted with somebody trying to sell you a furnace and AC check up right at the door but don't have their departments properly staffed.
Great service. Very knowledgeable young lady. Her name was Cass. Knew exactly what I needed to get my project done with ease. And only made 1 trip.

It was ok. We asked a man that works there where something was in his department and he told us the wrong location. So we found what we needed on our own!
