If I could give less I would these people have the absolute worst customer service experience ever. Do yourself a favor go some where else order online anything but here. I won't go into my personal details but what a joke.
They do not answer the phone and when they do they transfer you to a recording! Even when i ask them not to. How are u supposed to order supplies? Poor service!
Poor customer service!!!.. Ordered a new c pap mask... Sent me the same thing I already had instead. Said they would order the one the doctor ordered for me ...This is a new memory foam mask. My other masks keep leaking air. Evidently this new mask is on demand and are hard to get..This is what customer service has told me today. Again I was told that they would contact me when it arrives that the memory foam masks are on backorder...I told the lady customer service should had called me and let me know as promised...So now I will have to wait..Until then I have no masks....Still using same mask...
I am in town for a family get together and my cushion for my cpap had a tear in it. They had what I needed and were very very friendly!
