I was there about 11:30 am for paronychia. There were only a couple of other people waiting. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The assistant that did the preliminary work was good. I didn't think to get names. But the nurse, Sue, that saw me barely looked at my finger and prescribed antibiotics and soaking. Now that is standard treatment, however, she did not recognize that it also needed to be drained. I was in so much pain when I got home, I read up on it on the web. (Should have done earlier.) She should have drained it or referred me to a physician. Now I have to try to find a physician. I was not impressed with Sue at all.

Give these people a break, they do a great job, the best job they can do. Thanks for always being there when needed.

"We can't draw blood or take images. Go home and hope you feel better or go to an emergency room."

I have been going to this Immediate Care center for close to 6 years or so. Close to whenever they opened because I remember their grand-opening . Yes there have been days where I wanted to throw things the wait has been so long, lack of communication, etc. HOWEVER - that is RARE. 85% of the time i've been in and out in about an hour or so less. Their office staff has been fairly consistent and always helpful. Doctors rotate in and out but those that have been routinely there, I've seem several time and they too are great. Most bad reviews are simply for one visit. EVERYONE has bad days, they cannot control if 10 people walk in within 15 minutes with the Flu, a more serious complaint arrives versus a sinus infection.

I pulled a muscle and will not go back to this "care" center ever again, I was being seen for a knee injury because of a roller skating accident, I had a hard time even walking in the door, the Doctor was horrible she didn't even touch my knee, just looked at it ONCE! She listened to me on how I fell then instantly said we're going to do an x-ray, I knew I didn't break or fracture anything, i tried telling her that it was a waste of time, she ordered it anyway and they made me bend my knee 4 different ways. I was in excruciating pain the entire time I was being x-rayed, then when the doctor was done looking at my x-rays said there was no fractures and I thought to myself "no duh" she then said that they were going to get me a bandage for my knee, turns out they didn't even have one, i also told the nurse while I was there that I expected more from a care center, so I had to hobble back to my car and hobble into a store to buy a knee brace myself.

In short I spent $50 for treatment that I didn't receive and being frustrated at myself for even going here I would give 0 stars if it was possible

Prayer is not medical care!!! Went in for knee pain, doctor on duty laid his hands on my knee and applied no pressure whatsoever, just layed them there. He then bowed his head, closed his eyes, began breathing audibly deeper, and would occasionally shiver. After several minutes of deep breathing he sat up and told me my knee was torsioned...but he had fixed it. Considering it hurt when I left and continued to do so for over a week, I'm going to assume devine intervention had nothing to do with my recovery and was instead the week and a half of rest, stretching, and intermittent heat that I prescribed myself that finally fixed the problem. Then they had the gall to charge me $82 for voodoo, or chi alignment, or prayer, or whatever it was he was doing. If I didnt have insurance this visit would have been $294!!! $294 for some weirdo to lay hands on and pray for my knee. If I wanted that, Id have gone to a church and had it done for free. Ive had problems with this place in the past, but this was the final staw. I will NEVER return to this "care" center. If you're looking for medical answers based in science and not faith, I'd advise you avoid it as well.
