Many machines were "out of order". The machines that were working, did not look to be well maintained and were dirty. The attendant that was there at the time I was, was extremely rude and had a very negative energy about her. It was really uncomfortable. Go somewhere else.

I went to wash my blankets. I was asked as soon as I entered if I was dropping off because it was too late. I didn't get a welcome or hello or anything. The change machine had a sign on it " out of order" so I asked the lady for change. She opened the register then closed it and told me to use the other change machine. I then set the 4.75 triple loader and began to put in coins. I kept asking if it was 4.75 and was told yes. After putting 7 dollars in the machine, I asked the lady if she was sure. She stated....oh well you have to push this button. She pushed it and the machine started. I showed her the 3.00 I had left from the 10.00 I had gotten change for and asked for the extra the machine took back. She stated there was nothing she could do. REALLY???????? She then proceeded to ignore me. Not ever coming back
