I love this place. They are so kind! Thank you so much for Ironing my shirt in a really short notice. I was on my way to a job interview when my toddler got a hold of my shirt. Thank you so much! This place is awesome
Cleaning was okay but definitely over priced, had been doing business with this cleaners for about 4 to 5 months, had previous questions about not receiving an invoice for dropped off orders in addition to posting no price list. Was not overly concerned until a recent order of 5 shirts and 2 pair of pants cost me $39.00. The explanation offered (by the manager) was that 2 of the shirts were linen and I was also charged for a rush order that cost an extra $2.00 For me to continue to do business with this cleaners I will have to have an invoice on drop off. According to the manager I will be the only customer they have that they have to supply an invoice to.
Reeder's is a great place for dry cleaning. Ive had work done by 4 others in the area, and at one point always ended up unsatisfied. I bring in very expensive Shirts ($150+) and Suits weekly and have never had an issue. never any burn marks, creases where they shouldn't be, or stains they cant remove. When you spend money for quality clothes you need quality cleaning, Reeder's has done right by me for around a year now.
Took my wedding dress there in 2015 before my wedding, they had it for 5 months, I called once a month and on the last call they advised it had been ready and someone forgot to call me. That sucked but no biggie.
I took my military uniform here last minute before noon, and they had it ready that evening when I needed it. No other cleaners I called offered same day service, let alone such flexible cleaning hours. The girl working was super sweet. Very reasonable prices. I am going to bring my uniform here every year when I am in town!!!
I recently took a comforter and 2 feather pillows in early March, called and called but ended up forgetting about it seeing as they've taken long before. I remembered a few weeks ago and called, again they forgot to call! I haven't had any issues with the work that's been done on my items its the timeframes that are given at the drop off, the forgetting to call, and the deleted review that upsets me. Please give a more rational timeframe to your customers that way they don't end up like me. And really you're going to delete my review?
