It is a con. I not first customer that they screwed. Another victim of theirs broke their window for revenge. The salesman (lyin' Bryon) is a con & he never answers questions directly like if I can pay via cred. card each months payments. He said call them & they have payment options but they do not & ask for bank account & routing #s & the worst part is that they are WELLS FARGO (yup, that Wells Fargo. Remember 2008 & predatory loans, etc.? Well, they're at it again & Sleep Outfitters, at al is an accomplice). Crooked crooks.
I have been on a search for some time trying to find a bed that will work for me. Suffering from years of back and hip pain. I came in and bryon (I believe was the young man's name, sorry if I spelled it wrong) he was so helpful. He made sure that I was happy with my choice and wanted to make sure I finally can get a good night's rest.
He was not pushy and very knowledgeable as to any questions I had. I appreciate his excellent customer service and honesty. Best decision I have made this far because of him I can finally sleep all night without tossing and turning.
I would advise customers to seek new albany location or louisville locations for choosing Sleep Outfitters .
I'd like to say first off that I'd enjoy you're store. I bought a new bed for myself and it's a great piece of furniture that surpassed the old one I'd purchased. I'll also be back bc of that awesome customer service shown in your establishment. I believe his name was Bryon Cunningham, if you're in need of a new bed bed head to sleep outfitters. Ask for him he'll get you what ya need...:-)
Me and my wife were treated ridiculously rude by Mr Mackison.
First, we started off with a layaway. A layaway is usually is a stress free way to take your time and pay. Well, an emergency came up and we needed the money so we went to cancel the layaway and get our money back. No. They give you store credit instead. What is the point of a layaway of your money is trapped there. THEN, when I paid my bed off a few weeks later, the salesman is giving us the rundown of our return policy and he tells us that we can't return anything because it was all a FLOOR MODEL! WHAT?! I just paid $2000 for a "like new" bed?! They told us we were purchasing a new bed. They ripped us off....
We felt so uncomfortable after how he acted we drove to another store and purchased immediately exactly what we wanted in a smooth, stress free way. Just because he may of had bad experiences with some customers does not excuse him to be hostile and inconsiderate to other new customer that comes in.
Really had a poor visit to this store.
