Rooms are pretty clean each time I come. Don't expect room service each day, you can get fresh linens if you are willing to do it yourself. I love having the kitchenette.
I want to recognize Ms. Carolyn for her amazing customer service, she was very efficient and accommodating for my 3 night stay. I appreciate the manager on duty, very professional. I came with 30 people we made reservations and we're pleased with the service we were given. I want to say thank to the entire staff, for cleanliness, being very kind, and professional. We are from Indianapolis and enjoyed our stay. Excellent location, 5 to 10 minutes from food and shopping. Deserves 5 stars for dedicated staff.
It was clean and the workers are friendly. A pet friendly environment. Close to stores if needed,affordable, has a laundry, stove,microwave, cable,Flat screen tv,fridge, exercise room.This place is ok to stay when looking for a place to stay for a few.

I grade it four stars because they were nice about returning money. Honestly staff was mostly gone, the stove top didn't work, they don't have actual blankets, and when my friend asked for pillows, they never brought it. But, like I said, when my friend called because we were leaving a day earlier than expected, and she told them some of the issues, they were nice and said they would give her money refund for the stove top not working, and the day we were not going to be there.
