Seriously, not as good as it use to be, not sure why, service is slower food quality and last 2 steaks not cooked as I ordered. It use to be my favorite place to eat, not so much anymore.
The place is clean, comfortable, and has a relaxed atmosphere. It's not too loud, even on it's busiest times. The staff is friendly and the management is good. Oh, and the food is top notch.
Food is ALWAYS delicious. I've never had a bad steak there and I tried the steak burger and garlic parmesan fries today and they were equally delicious!!
My husband and I have been going to this restaurant for 10 years and find it one of the best in the Clarksville area. Always our go too. Food and atmosphere always satisfaction.
The food was absolutely delicious! However, the management needs a lesson on treating customers with respect. While serving us our drinks, the waitress accidently spilled an entire glass of water in a friend's lap. They had to bring towels from the back because the whole glass went in his lap and napkins just weren't enough. The manager came to our table to apologize and proceeded to tell us about the time when he spilled drinks on someone going to the prom. Our friend had to sit the entire evening during dinner with soaking wet clothes. His meal was not reduced or offered free. Upon leaving the restaurant, he then had to ride 30 minutes home in his soaking wet clothes. I feel the least the manager could have done was offer to pay for his meal. I've been lots of other places where similar accidents have occurred, and the person involved received some kind of compensation.
