Not real pleased with this dining experience. The food was typical Olive Garden good, but the service was probably the worst for any Olive Garden that I've had the pleasure to have eaten in.
I am not blaming the waiter, he seemed like a nice young gentleman, I just think he had too many tables to wait for his experience and capabilities and it was late on a Sunday evening.

The waiter only visited the table during the initial seething and during the time when he brought the soup and salad. He said he would bring me a salad plate that he had forgot or overlooked, but he never did. I had to use the bread plate to consume my salad. He did not offer to refill our water glasses and only offered another bowl of soup or more salad after we were ready to leave.
The place is a solid meh as far as the food and prices go. The bread sticks are pretty good, but fizolis are better. The endles pasta bowel is the best thing they have (If it's going on). Our server during my last visit was great. He really seemed to care about his customers. Not a bad restaurant, but also nothing special.
I haven't been to an Olive Garden in over a decade. I didn't feel like anything I ordered was worth the price. Most of our hot starters came to the table cold. Our entrees were at least hot, but no one at the table was impressed with their food. High production and uninspired--frozen maybe.
Great place for a quick lunch. Sit at the bar and get the unlimited soup, salad, and bread sticks. Missy is always efficient and offers top notch service in the bar area. Fast and good!
I have traveled extensively for the last twelve years and worked in over 30 different States and some more than once. Olive Garden was on the dining menur more than once a week at nearly every location if there was one within a reasonable driving distance.
