I would give 0 stars if possible. Worst staff ever. I was told 3 to 4 days to look at our truck and it has been 3-4 weeks.. I would drive the extra 100 miles just not to deal with these people.. The last trucks we had worked on there the charged us and never fixed the problem.
repaired one of my trucks quickly but it seemed a little high on cost. But in the end great job on the clutch repair
Nice staff, I think they are a little slow though. Dropped truck off Monday afternoon they diagnosed it Tuesday and it's still not fixed.
I am a O/O AND I HAUL AUTOMOTIVE FOR 10years and my power steering was leaking and I Called to get a price on the part to fix the hose leaking and I talk to SERVICE WITH MELISSA AND SHE SAID THAT IS BAD RANDY BRING IT IN BY 1pm and I will get a TECH ON IT AND SHE DID SHE is a PROFESSIONAL PERSON AND TO THE POINT NOT HAVEING STEERING IS DANGEROUS And all in all I was THR at noon and the tech was very PROFESSIONAL ALL SO AND QUICK ON THE REPAIR I GIVE THEM A 10for very very very good job well done
