Rented a 5x5... it was obviously smaller than that. Was told I'd get a $10 discount every month because I set up my account online, but that wasn't true.
I put glue traps down to catch spiders and other bugs because the door was not fitted well. I ended up catching more mice than bugs.
Easy and convenient
I don't know how I could add anything that would improve my experience with storage express. In a matter of minutes you can have your storage needs met 24/7. Any questions I had were handled by a very delightful staff at their on site kiosk. I can't say how pleased I am enough with this company.
I would not recommend this storage site to anyone.
