Rented a chainsaw that would cut 2 inches then the chain would have to be tightened back up. Went back and got another chainsaw that did the same and wouldn't even cut my stump up. So after 5 hrs of trying to cut my stump, which should have taken 2 hours max, they still charged me full price for the worthless chainsaw rental. Customer service is horrible along with the tools!
