UPS seems to feel that packages should be delivered when it is convenient for their drivers, ignoring things like business hours and stickers asking for deliveries after 12pm. Of course, being ups you have several options. You can either go fetch your package (because it's not like you paided to have it delivered or anything) or call up the 1800 number and say customer service fifty or so times before you get put on hold for 10 minutes and then transfered to increasingly less competent operators and then go fetch your package like a good little dog.

I can not even give you all a 1 which is sad! I had a package coming to my house and the driver said my address was invalid. Now mind you, I have a 4'X5' sign in my yard near the road with my address on it. I am able to look my address up on several different mapping sites. We called UPS when the package still was not in on Oct 28, the package should have been delivered on Oct. 27. A supervisor looked up my address and saw that it was valid. He then made notes on our package for the driver to deliver the package AFTER 5pm today, Oct.30 because no one would be home until then, we both work. I get home and still no package. I track the package and says it was attempted to be delivered at 3:30pm today. This is not the first time we have had problems with delivery from UPS. First time was an $1100 check which the driver delivered to my heroin addict neighbors house. Luckily I intercepted the package from the neighbor after they opened it. I would have sued UPS. Get competent drivers!!!!!
Inexpensive and friendly staff. You cannot buy packaging material here, so make sure your package is ready to go and only needs the label!
Parking is a bit sparse here, but usually it's not busy.
I have never had so many problems recieving a package! Paid $60 for expedited shipping and after the package was 4 days late and I called to have them just hold it there so I could pick it up they "lost it." I can't even.
