These ladies are awesome. They was more than helpful. They made sure my soon to be sister in law experience amazing when picking out her wedding gown and when it comes to finding bridesmaid dresses they was awesome answering all our question and made she we found what we needed. Special thanks to Lindsey and Jessica they was awesome

The ladies here were extremely helpful and worked with me. I liked all the dresses and they helped me figure out which one looked best on me. Definitely recommend this place to get prom dresses

I come here every year to pick out my mill ball and prom dresses. The staff is excellent and very helpful. I went with my friend yeaterday and i felt like i was a celebrity because i told Jessica what i wanted and she picked out a bunch of different dresses and knew my size by looking at me. I came in for a mill ball dress and found my prom dress. I love the variety of dresses they have. Jessica was so helpful and i love her. Shes so outgoing and makes you feel very comfortable and confident.

I had a mixed experience at this David's Bridal location. Holly helped me, and she was so wonderful. I'm a new bride who chose David's Bridal for my first wedding dress shopping experience. I went in not knowing at all what I wanted or what I would look good in. Holly spent two hours working with me, and it was great. Her coworkers, however, weren't very helpful at all. I don't have names, but a woman (presumably in a management position) was hovering over the entire appointment. She was following my family members around as they looked at dresses, and didn't want them to pick any out for me (even though I asked them to since the appointment wasn't going anywhere)! The non-clearance dress selection was also horrible. I was surprised a chain like David's bridal would have so little to choose from. Another worker was incredibly vague when it came to discussing the return and alteration policies. I stated I didn't want to purchase a dress at this appointment, but that's no reason to withhold important information like that from me. I asked if they had a brochure or handout of the information and they said no. They wouldn't even tell me if I could find it anywhere online. Needless to say, I will not ever be purchasing a dress from David's Bridal. If you're reading this Holly, you were AWESOME and I appreciate all of your help with my first dress appointment!!

I found an awesome dress for an awesome price. I went there in the morning and Jessica was there by herself because others had called in. She is fantastic at her job. I asked if we could put a couple dresses aside so I could think about them. She put the dresses aside and was super happy to help. I went to 2 other bridal stores to find the dress of my dreams, I ended up finding a dress at another bridal store but decided I'd give DB's inventory another look. We had tried dresses on for 9 hours at that point, when I returned to DB Jessica had left but Lizzy went above and beyond searching through several dresses and eventually suggested I try on the dress I bought. I was relieved to have found a dress in my budget and it was very similar to the other one I liked, but I was exhausted from the day. I wasn't paying very close attention when I checked out and was rang in for a veil that I didn't want to buy, but didn't realize it until I got home, there were 2 ladies putting different veils on me although they were trying to be helpful it was all very confusing. I contacted DB last night and was told by the manager on duty that all sales were final (which I didn't realize that when I signed the receipt...I thought I was signing because I was stating if I had alterations done elsewhere DB would not be held responsible for replacing the dress) she then explained some interesting reason as to why they don't do returns because if I had a cat and someone was allergic to the cat then tried on the veil it would not be good. But then she said the best she could do as a manager is if I bring the veil in with in the next 48 hours she will let me exchange it for something of equal or greater value, so I guess if I have an animal and bring the veil in 48 hours it wouldn't affect those with allergies as long as I exchange it for the same amount or spend more money. I don't need anything else for my wedding except alterations on my dress, I asked if I could put the $150 as a credit on my alterations...and was told alterations although in the same building is separate so I couldn't get a credit toward that. I'm not sure how DB can promise a new dress if alterations were to make a mistake to your dress because it is a separate entity. All I want is a refund for the veil, I never said I wanted it. $150 is a lot of money to spend on a veil that I didn't want...I wanted to purchase my veil closer to the wedding date in February when I brought the dress in for alterations. I live an hour away from DB I'm finding it difficult to make it back there in 48 hours. I have told this story to 2 friends, they both had the same issue where they were rung in for things they didn't want. At least they let one of my friends return the strapless bra she had been charged for and gave her a full refund even though it had left the store. She wasn't told this interesting story about allergies. The other friend was able to sell it to her cousin for the full price. I don't have someone offering to buy it from me. I contacted a couple other DB locations to see what their policy was. One location said she has seen that happen sometimes where someone is rung in for something they didn't want, even though I was told by her I couldn't return the veil there at her location, she didn't see a reason why they couldn't refund it to me. The other location said I would need to contact the location I bought it from but she hoped they would "do the right thing". I don't feel this situation is right. I feel people should be shown what they are purchasing or reviewed with them and EXPLAINED to them about why they are signing this receipt. I will admit their attitudes were friendly and helpful as far as trying to find what I wanted, and even the manager I spoke with last night was very polite. I just don't understand why I couldn't get my money back for a veil I never said I wanted. All I want is my money back for it I don't really understand why it needs to be so complicated.
