Previous reviewers were right! Awful customer service, owner is rude, and they lie!
I had to take my car back after the back window started bubbling up, the installer said it was because of the heated lines on the window, give it at least 2 weeks. It still didn't set right, and when I took it back the guy complained that some of the bubbles were due to dog hair. If I'd been told that it was a factor, I would've made sure to vac up as much as possible beforehand. Also, the front driver's side door started to come up at the bottom part. If I'd have known it was going to be such a lousy tint job, I would've never gotten the Groupon in the first place. The discount isn't worth it!
Took the wifes car to get tint done, no problem. When picking car up I went over it and there was all kinds of things wrong with every piece. He said they were water spots and dry out in 2 weeks, and he replaced the front banner tent at that time. He also got rude and asked if I was a pro tinter. Duh why would I be paying you to do my tint if I was a pro tinter. Took it back in 2 weeks because it was not better. We had to leave the car for another day. When picking it up there was still some problems. He did a couple things and said give it 2 weeks. Back again after 2 weeks, had to leave the car again. On picking it up the battery was dead and he said give it 2 more weeks. I got sick of the crap and the tent is peeling off still not right. The guy was rude with me every time but the last time we were there.He said he would do the next one half price for all the problems we had. I don't even want to take the one they meesed up back why would I want to go threw all this a second time? Guess we better take it back to get this tint worked on again before they go out of buisness. (notice I said worked on again, because I don't ever think they will get it right)
At first, I was skeptical due to some of the negative reviews on google. This place was actually really professional, prompt and friendly. I tinted my GTI last week (GTI is one of the hardest car to tint) and they actually did a great job! The guy who worked on my car (Shawn) explained all the warranties and the processes before and after the job. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs shades on their window. For the price on groupon, I'm completely satisfied.
Went it with a groupon, but they continuously tried to up-sell, when I said no to everything they tried, they damaged my radio and discharged my battery. Complained to groupon to get my money back, but obviously I had to replace my entire music system, which groupon wont pay for, neither will alternative auto. ( Surprised groupon still hasn't blacklisted them! ).
Bought a groupon (which is still running right now) for my kitchen window to be tinted. The Residential window tinting. Called to make an appointment and was told matter of factually we don't do that any more. Am still working out the refund with groupon and it has been a couple of weeks now. Buyer beware... Nightmare.
There are several places in Louisville to get tinting done, do not go all the way to Clarksville for this place.
DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO KEEP TAKING YOUR CAR BACK!
