I would highly recommended ordering parts elsewhere. I do believe in shopping local but it bit in the butt on this one. I ordered the part for my Honda 250 on 10/20 with Eric. The eta was going to be 5-7 days. I called 2 weeks later and Eric said it was on back order and to call in a week. Called back and still nothing. Eric said he would call back with a resolution and did not. I waited another 2 weeks and still the same story from Eric. I just called and requested a refund after not having my part for 40 days and no return call from Eric.
I will NOT ever do business with the place. They have the most unprofessional staff that I have ever seen at any vehicle dealership. They need to terminate this lazy, rude, disrespectful, unhelpful, unprofessional cohort of millennial punks they have working there and hire a legitimate professional sales staff. First of all get your feet off the counter and stand up, walk over, look a man in the eye, shake his hand with a firm grip and speak to him in a professional respectful manner, kids. Don't stay all laid back in your chair and not say a word to a customer when they come. Second, when you finally do speak to them, don't holler half way across the room at a man who is old enough to be your father and say "What's up, you need something" because you don't want to get up. After being in sales for over twenty five years myself, them having a staff like this tells me one of two things. Either this company doesn't care about the service that it offers to it's potential customers or they don't want to pay a decent wage. I'll drive hundreds of miles to do business somewhere else before I ever buy anything from here after the way that I was treated and I went in there to buy an ATV for my daughter, which I did somewhere else.

Great place to fill your wishlist. I visited the Indian side of the building. Fun and helpful staff. Eager to explain aspects of each bike. Knowledgeable without intimidating the novice. Spent an hour there could have spent the entire day.
Great people. I deal with the Indian\victory side and have always had a good time. I have purchased 2 bikes from them and have untilized the service dept also. Finance office is fast and easy and always prepared. Sales team are great overall. I'll be back for my 3rd bike no doubt.
Super friendly staff that will go out of their way to help you out. I was able to set up an appointment on short notice and everything went very smoothly. I see them at various bike nights around Louisville from time to time too. Great group of people!
P.S. My son went in there and had a very similar experience. He's a millennial too but I raised him right. He calls those kids working in there "Scrubs," whatever that means.
