Great service. Would highly recommend this shop to everyone. Took my truck in for an oil change. Not only did they change my oil they did a complete inspection of my vehicle. They found a few minor issues and 2 major issues. Thank God they found the problems with my brakes and wheel bearing. The lead mechanic took me out and showed me the issues and explained why they needed to be fixed without making me feel like I was an idiot. Mind you I know very little about cars mechanically. When he removed the wheel bearing in fell apart in his hands. Imagine if it had fallen apart while I was driving. I had everything fixed in a pretty reasonable time and for a good price. Thank you Jim, Lee and all the guys up there for keeping my vehicle safe to drive.
I can not express how much I recommend Ken Towery's in Clarksville. Jim, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure I knew what I needed and got everything taken care of at a reasonable cost for a single mom. His staff was friendly and assured I made the right decision in my purchase. I had my son with me and they were friendly and courteous and didn't make us wait forever. Overall, it was a fun, easy, and adorable resolution to my tire and alignment problems. They have a great team, and I highly recommend them!
We had another great experience at Ken Towery Clarksville today. After my wife took her Honda Pilot in for new tires and had such great experience we decided to go back with our two other vehicles. Once again, Jim did a great job helping us get what we needed at a great price. I would recommend this store to anyone.
Was in a bad situation called and spoke with Jim. He was awesome and definitely helpful. There are still good people in the world. They are highly recommended.
I’ll begin by saying I came in at 4:00 on a Sunday afternoon when the store closes at 5:00. The gentleman working the counter seemed inconvenienced and huffy right off the bat. I described the situation with my car and was advised there was no technician available but he would take a look at it. My car was hoisted and the tires were inspected. I was told the “tread and pressure was good all around” and the tire that was vibrating so badly did not appear to have anything wrong with it. I took it to the KT in Jeff for a second opinion to learn there was no tread on the front tires. I SPECIFICALLY told the gentleman at the Clarksville store I thought the problem was the front tires, but he ignored my complaint and focused on something completely irrelevant. Not only did I not have tread on the tires, but one was so badly worn WIRES were hanging out. My tire could have blown at ANY TIME, which could have very well resulted in DEATH, because some idiot in this store was in a hurry, was understaffed and didn’t care to take the time to properly inspect my vehicle. I will NEVER return to this store. I will also note I am writing this review inside the Jeff store as the techs are working AFTER HOURS to replace my tires. I urge you to get a second opinion before placing your LIFE in the hands of this store’s employees.
