The only thing I don't completely understand is why loss prevention checks bags and receipts for items that were purchased at a register less than a few feet away from where they stand.
I'm a senior citizen and I needed a new charging cable for my IPad. The clerks were very helpful and NOT condescending to a senior looking for a tech item. I appreciate that a lot. All of my experiences at Best Buy have been like that, so I always recommend them.
My husband is very good in installing electronic device ,so we buy our products there most of the time and they have knowledgeable staffs that are always willing to give their advice if needed.
I received great service. Quick and efficient check out and they also carried all of my packages out to my car for me and loaded them into it.

A few awesome people and some real jerks. If you have a problem don't try calling this store! They gave my mother a crank call line for "help". What kind of a business hires idiots like that? And some guy threatened to "red flag" her when she called to exchange a refrigerator that did not suit her needs well within the return time line. Don't offer exchanges if you don't intend to honor them just to take advantage of an old woman and make feel small you pathetic jerk . Go with ANY other store
