Cheap parts and they do not stand behind their work. Why pay for parts they buy on eBay for $5 and then charge you over $100 for and that it ends up breaking again? Go to other repair shops in the area that are more reputable.

My daughters phone was SMASHED for 5 months and the speakers didn’t work and they fixed it in 30 minutes!! I thought her iPhone 6 was a goner!!!
Worst place I've ever been too. My screen was broken and needed a replacement. The lady there installed my screen terrible. Half of it popped out and wasn't responsive at all I would have to push the screen back whenever It popped out. Not to mention how cheap the actuall screen was. Didn't even feel like glass. And the price was $140??? Rip off. Terrible place.
