Not bad experiance but had to wait a few minutes with no line. No one was at the register but someone else checked me out in automotive
I have been going to Pep Boys in Clarksville for years (at least 6). I went in with an overheated truck and expected just to fix that. I ended up fixing a few nagging problems (they recommended) while it was there. I am so glad I did. They got it all done in the same day. It is all warranted work. I couldn't be more pleased. They are #1 in my book.

Took our car in to get it serviced and they never called us back. We were hoping to get the problem fixed before the beginning of the week. After two days of not hearing anything, we decided to call. We found out that they couldn't fix the problem because they couldn't calibrate the car. They found this out the day after we dropped off the car but we received no phone call to tell us this. We only got our car back because we decided to call to check up on the progress. They said that there was a lack of communication, we were supposed to have already been notified. Either way, my fiancé and I will not be coming back here again.
