Arrived at 11am on Saturday and they didn't have me scheduled. I asked if they could get it in. He told me yes and they would call me when service was complete. I waited until almost 4pm and hadn't received a call. When I went back I was then told that the boat hadn't even been looked at. When went to pick the boat up I was then informed that the boat was serviced.

Absolutely terrible! Scheduled a service on Monday for Saturday. They called to confirm on Tuesday. I returned there call and they didn't even remember making the call in the first place. Should have known then that this was for the birds.
