It's Toys"R"Us, what else needs to be said? It is a great place. We bring one granddaughter just to walk around and look at stuff. Not to mention it is great for picking up gifts, gift cards. We are regulars here.
Toys R Us website and online ordering system is very poor. They do not seem to have any idea what they have in stock. I have had an item cancelled twice on two separate orders because they state (even after talking to a representative) that the item is in stock and then it is cancelled several days later as out of stock. Reps are not caring or helpful. My son will not be receiving a specific item this Christmas because despite placing orders in early December, they don't know what they have and cannot fulfill orders. I will not be shopping with Toys R Us in the future. Business practices like this are why companies deserve to go bankrupt.

Ok so my child loves littlest pet shops (lps) and they barely had any, went back on stocking day still had none. But they have a wall and a isle full of shopkins
