I will NEVER be returning to this location again. I've driven all the way there only to have them refuse to cut my dogs nails TWICE for reasons they couldn't effectively explain. They pick and choose which policies they want to follow and enforce, there's no communication, and no consistency. If one employee does a service, then they all should be required to. If you're "uncomfortable" doing a job, THEN QUIT. DO NOT go here unless you want them to waste your time and refuse to do the job they signed up for.
The team members here are awesome. They were more than willing to help and give pet knowledge.
I love going to this PetSmart. They always have what I'm looking for if I don't find it at the local pet store. Only negative is at times the prices or something isn't in stock when I'm needing it. Overall great selection, prices and the employee and management are splendid. Also nice seeing all the pets in there too. They're well taken care of.
They have a pet salon here to trim your pets nails they do a great job. They are wonderful with my dog.
Tried to get my dog bathed at 5:10. (They don't close until 6:00 and there were no other customers ) but the ladies said that can't start any new care after 5:00. So I guess the managers just want to pay two employees to sit an do nothing for the last hour.:(
