minutes. I returned to the kiosk, was informed that it had been completed and paid for the battery replacement. Before leaving the mall, I noticed that the time had not been set. So, upon arriving at my car, decided to reset the time. Upon pulling the stem out to set the time, I noticed that the movement was loose in the case and it was difficult the move the hands.
Best place ever. Told me it would take 5mins had it done in 3. Beyond affordable.
I then returned to the kiosk to find a sign the the individual who had done the repair had left indicating that he would return at 4:00PM. I live 50 miles away. Kiosk unattended for 4 hours, watch damaged, and a major inconvenience for the customer. This lousy business doesn't even deserve one star .
New guy told me it would take fifteen to twenty minutes to take out some links on my watch that my grandfather gave to me. An hour later, the guy handed me my watch in about 7 different sections saying that he couldn't put it together and bring it to a more experienced guy in the morning. Pretty upsetting.
