Easy all the way around: reserved online, car was ready, new, clean, turn around was fast, staff was courteous and personable and clear about the rules (no smoking, return with full tank, etc.). Close to where I live, so easy to get to get to. Overall a pleasant experience. I would rent from them again, and recommend to others.
Website let me schedule a 6:00 pick up. Arrive at 6:03 and the employee refused to provide any service other than pointing at the door showing they close at 6:00. Extremely rude and unhelpful. Thank him for Avis and budget loosing a customer for life.

First they only have one person working so good luck trying to actually get a car or get a hold of someone. Chargers were not explained to me so the insurance and adding an extra driver was more than actually renting the car. Our bill did not match from pick up to delivery. On returning the car, there is no drop off box for after hours. Finally when we did drop the car off we had to open the door several times to get the one person working attention.
I will NEVER use Avis again!!! Your store employee Mychal Donaldson is the rudest, unprofessional, heartless person I've encountered lately. I came to rent a car and changed my daily rental only to be denied for no reason and I was put out of store in rain because he wanted to get home. Never ever again will I use your company!!!!
