I would rank this place zero stars if I could. The owner leaves and locks up in the middle of the day crys how he had a bad month gave me the crappiest truck on the lot has a bad attitude, and worst of all scammed my paper work of a rental of insurance. As you can see from all these reviews ppl have had major problems with this location. Do your self a favor and go to Penske down the road way better service and ppl who care! DO NOT GO HERE AND DONT LET HIM SCAM YOU!
Excellent experience renting minivan for a week. It was like new. No hidden fees or charges. Definitely would rent here again and would refer to friends.
I rented a Minivan 3 weeks in advance and paid in FULL at that time. When I went to pick it up, they said they didn't have any minivans. And did not do anything to accommodate this issue. It was pretty much "sorry about your luck". It was like pulling teeth to get my refund as well.
