I don't even really want to give them one star..... Tuesday afternoon my fiancee and I walked in to talk to the gentleman that was working that day about a rental car for my short trip to Georgia this weekend, was never told there was a credit check involved, instead we were told the fees on the vehicle and the security deposit and was assured that I was going to have a vehicle to drive for my trip. When my fiancee went to pick up the vehicle, the evening before my trip, not to mention this was the 2nd time he had went to pick it up, the 1st time it was not there, so 30 minutes before closing time, the gentleman in which we had spoke to on Tuesday, told my fiancee that there was a credit check, so not only was our time wasted, I could have been calling other places. If we would have been told the process before hand, we could have handled this accordingly, not everyone's credit is fantastic. Never knew you had to have the best credit in the world to rent a car!
