I then call the next day and hour before close because no one had called me. I'm then put on hold 3 different times with a new person answering the phone every time. Not one person was explained why I was on hold!

It's the people that make the difference at the Clarkesville, In store!

It was so easy and pleasurable working with this car rental company. The employees went above and beyond to accommodate me and my rental needs! I'll definitely go through them again!!

Worst customer service ever.

My first experience was coming in the store being there for 5 minutes with my boyfriend and being the only one there to be interrupted then being told to wait while they helped a gold card holder who walked in after I had already told them everything.

I prepaid for a car several weeks in advance for a trip to Indianapolis. When I arrived to pick my vehicle up, it was 15 minutes late and wasn't the vehicle I had paid for. I was told by the gentleman, the people that had my vehicle decided to keep it an extra day and that "This is the only vehicle here and that's the way it is". He offered to have me wait for the manager, that I later found out wasn't even there but was on vacation, or to leave my number. I left my number and 17 days later, haven't received a call. Also, when I got in the vehicle, I discovered that the car was almost empty but the contract stated it was full. Renting from here cost me more money than I had budgeted for. The young lady there was helpful but I'm disappointed that she didn't follow through with her promise to have the manager call me. I took pictures of the fuel tank, have the receipt for the fuel and will call the 1800 number next week. I plan to reread the contract and see how else I am able to recoup the money I lost as a result of them not honoring their contract and forcing me to take a vehicle that I shouldn't have.

I then bring the car back with a full tank of gas and no harm to the car to being told I now owe them over a 100 dollars for using the car because I had be signed up for full coverage and I agreed to prepay for fuel.

I was then told I would be called the next day to discuss this with Joe who had put the order in because the lady said she couldn't do anything further.

Then I finally got the rental, I asked 5 times is this covered by the insurance company and if I needed to pay anything extra. Joe assured me several times that all I need to do is leave a 50 dollar deposit and top off the gas all this was said in front of my boyfriend too who also asked if there were any other charges.

I then spoke with a Dylan Abrahamson, who should just be fired at this point.

Over priced and so NOT LENIENT with extra day. Way over priced.

Finally I was told that the manager of the store would have to contact me to drop the charge and that I would be hearing from them by the end of the day Friday, and if not I would be called Monday morning.

It is because of these guys, is why I only use Hertz....'cause where I'm going...MATTERS!

Which is impossible since I asked 5 times if The 50 dollars was all I needed to pay and if I'd get that back. I obviously did not sign up for anything bonus since this was being paid for by another insurance company, and I obviously didn't prepay for fuel If I paid for gas out of my own pocket to fill the tank up.

Enterprise. Is the way to go

I explained everything at least twice to him, he then spoke down to me and interrupted me every time I tried to explain everything in full.

Honestly, after 3 years of renting vehicles every 8 weeks to visit my 21 year old special needs daughter in Florida, I do not even bother to check rates anymore.

The cars, are the cars.....

There is simply a bottom dollar value to any and all expenditures. Kyle, Dillon, Garrett and the rest of the crew always make me feel like I'm not just a valued customer, but an executive! And they have since the first time I rented!

It's now Monday at 3 pm and still haven't heard any thing.

Do not rent a car here!!!

I called and even asked again 4 days later if I was safe to keep the car an additional charge with no fee, and was told sure no problem.

First off I was told by an insurance company to get a rental from this company while my car was in the shop.
