Came to have a nice dinner with my parents who live two hours away. Mom's food was cold, steak was cooked wrong. Took it back to fix it, brought it back, and guess what wrong again... My food was cold and my steak was suppose to be medium rare and I cut it open and it was literally purple on the inside like they cut it straight off a cow, took the horns off and here ya go, got my food back and got a hard ass piece of steak stuck in my tooth and it broke off. Never ever again will i give my business to this restaurant not including the manager was not sympathetic whatsoever ever!!! If they had a 0 star rating that's what I would give them they don't even deserve a 1!!!!!! Worst place I've ever eaten

Love going to this place, but tonight they weren't seating people at empty tables. The bar had several open seats but hostess advised there was a wait for those also... Hard to do business if you don't seat customers!!
The entree I had ordered off the menu, which was a grilled chicken club, the waitress came and said they couldn't make it. I had to order something else. It than took another 30 minutes to get our food. We we're there for over an hour before our food arrived. Our drinks went empty even though our waitress continued to go by our table. The food was delicious. The service not.
i went to applebee’s today, thinking it would be a nice place to eat for my family and i. I was terribly wrong, and very disappointed. I ordered an eight ounce steak, medium well, and i received what appeared to be a four ounce steak which was completely burnt. My wife and daughter both ordered rice with their meal, and the rice came out uncooked, and was extremely nasty. The french fries were decent, aside the fact that they were completely drenched in salt and you couldn’t taste the fry. i highly suggest never going here. i will not be returning here.
