Very disappointed with the food and the customer service. Last time I was there all the food was either burnt, the meats were dry and not tender or fresh. I talked to the manager and he said he could bring out fresh food but when he did the food was as bad. They didn't care because it was one hour before closing. They prepare all the food and let it sit in the back for hours. They have no control over the dessert area and kids make a great mess and stick their hands in the chocolate fountain. IMHO they should get all the sanitation permits taken away.
We were there about 2:30 p.m..
Entry line was quick. Our server, Jami, greeted us right away, with a welcoming smile. The cultry was clean as was the dinnerware. The room and floors were clean. The array of food was arranged purposely. The food appeared fresh and well displayed with proper signage. Our server, Jami, yet again, was attentive and efficient, soon after our beverages were low, she was there and when we were done with our meal our dinnerware was taken away. Above average experience today.
This is a good place to enjoy the roasted beef,brisket,steak ,hamburger,ham on the weekend plus other food items .You cannot expect other customers not to be sloppy, or sanitize their hands before touching the utensils. You are responsible to protect yourself by hand sanitizing ,only pick foods that looked decent,you have to have a good digestive, immune system to eat in these restaurant .Still a good deal otherwise. I would like to saddle up once a month.
The food was very good. It was hot & fresh. It was so good that we went back the next weekend. The service was excellent.
Populated, not crowded. Didn't wait long. Food was decent. Our waitress Jami was great, our drinks were never empty, all smiles and pleasant service and attitude. Definitely deserves to be well tipped.
