Neg - Quickly told the hostess that when we entered it smelled like they just mopped the place in dirty dishwater. I know that when you are in a place for a while you can't smell it but told her it gives a huge bad first impression....she said she would fix it. When we left the door opener girl was sweeping....hopefully she was mopping after that. - Other than the lobby odor, the place was clean and in dress right dress order.
Great breakfast, excellent service. Our hostess was our waitress and very friendly, the drinks came quickly as well as the food.
The Tuscan Scramble was very satisfying and the Dole Paradise juice was delicious.
Service was terrible, TERRIBLE!! 7:30 p.m. on a Saturday night. Britt L. was our waitress. Even though the place was not that busy it took 10 minutes to get seated because nobody was working the front counter. 10 minutes later we place a drink/food order. We receive glasses of water to start with and then the waitress never came back the rest of time we were there! She went MIA. A different waiter brought our food 55 minutes later. The food was wrong and incomplete order. We had to wait about 6 more minutes just to receive silverware after the food! The drinks we ordered never did come even after asking.
Love the variety of food offered here. Always tastes great, good service. Servers are always polite, friendly and helpful. Would rather eat breakfast here than anywhere else. Just wish they would open one on Dixie Highway closer to home. I have never waited longer than five minutes to be seated.
I've ate here 3 times now and I have yet to have my food cooked even somewhat decently and their servers have been absolutely horrendous. The only reason I went back is because I thought maybe it was a fluke. But three times is proof enough. They have a great menu so maybe another one would be worth a shot.
The syrup bottle I wanted was empty and never could get them to refill it. We were tired and hungry after a long day. So we ate what we had and will NEVER go back to this location. Yes we did complain even though I have never done this at a dining place before. , it did absolutely no good, they didn't care one bit. No manager anywhere to be found. Only excuses as to why the staff couldn't perform.
All came out nicely prepared. Sirloin tips (cooked with Coca-Cola, mushrooms, onions) tasted great, eggs were perfectly over easy, pancakes typical, the hash browns were tasteless and would take seasoning during preparation to correct.
We were seated by the kitchen doors. While we were waiting on our food, we could hear arguing in the kitchen and numerous dishes getting broke. That was a red flag and we should have left right then! The kitchen area looked nasty as well. While we were there, I know of at least 4 other parties that were highly dissatisfied. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Came here with my mother and they only had 1 sever that was doing everything except cooking. I wish I could give him 5 stars for managing everything and his superior service. I loved coming up here a few years ago but things have taken a turn for the worst.
